What Is Cissus?
Quadrangularis to give it its full name) is a traditional Indian herbal medicine which has long been used to promote the healing of bone injuries. It is becoming more and more common among bodybuilders and other athletes as a preventative and recovery supplement for tendon, muscle and bone injuries.
