These are great tasting AND more importantly, are not full of fat like other flapjacks on the market. You will probably find a better-tasting flapjack bar but you will not find the combination of great taste AND clean protein-packed calories in any other bar. I ordered the choc orange, cherry and almond and chocolate and I re-ordered all three again when i ran out. They are ALL great-tasting (my personal favourite is the choc). The only negative aspect to these bars is the fact that they contain a "hydrolysed gelatine" as part of it's protein component but this is not a biggie because the bar also contains WHEY protein as well as slow-digesting CASEIN. So it has a blend of proteins. It also contains non-hydrogenated palm oil whereas other flapjacks contain the hydrogenated variety which is worse. All in all, the best flapjack bar i've tried, and i've tried alot of them. You'll find the price fluctuates a bit so shop around for the best deals - when you find it for sale then buy a few boxes as they last for about a year after purchase (manufacture date Jan 10 Expiry Dec 10).

A great tasting bar. I keep a box in my locker at work. Most supplement companies have multibuy offers and they can be bought in a mixed flavours box which stop one flavour becoming tedious. One of the staples of my supplementation.

Taste: the chocolate ones are quite nice. A bit dry but fairly easy to consume.

Value: There always seem to be good offers on them so they are good value. i paid £18 for 24 bars which in my opinion is very good value.

Ease of use: The dryness of the bar made it a chore to get through sometimes, but apart from that i cant say anything bad.

Mixability: n/a

Effectiveness: a tasty way to top up your protein and complex carb numbers - thumbs up from me!

You can pick 24 bars up for 16 quid or so, compared to other bars this is very good value, 18g protein per bar, all flavours are nice but i prefer the flavours in this order and ive had a box of each btw, 1st choc, 2nd choc orange, 3rd cherry and almond.
