A good general purpose protein shake - not actually all whey (casein is also included) but the standout feature of express whey is the flavours - 11 at the current count! I have tried a few of them and found that they are fairly sweet but it is the stranger flavours that are actually the best - peanut toffee is really nice, as is coconut. Black cherry is very distinctive - if you can get a trial serving its well worth giving boditronics express whey a look! One other thing, I have given it 4 stars for value - make sure you pick it up on one of the MANY online stores offering 2 for £60 (or thereabouts) - if you are paying £35 each then you might want to shop around!

This whey is probably one of the best out there, taste, mixability and value (depending on where you buy it from).
I'm onto my third tub of whey in the last 2 months. Banana Split and Rasverry Ripple are my favourite.
I have it 3 times a day on training days and 2 times a day on non training days and I have to say it's very effective.
Taste - It's nice and sublty. Taste's better in milk than in water. I would have gave 5 if only it taste slightly stronger.
Mixability - A bottle shaker is enough and it takes less than 10 seconds and it's ready to drink. I recommend 1 scoop of whey and 350ml of water or milk.
Value - Normally you can pick these up 2 for £60 which is pretty good.

Some flavours are lovely and some are ok. Peanut toffee is the best flavour ive tried in this stuff absolutely delicious. Rasp ripple, banana, coconut and choc taste good too. This shake mixes easily.
