Taste - Tastes great in chocolate, a bit malty but I like that so no probs

Value - Not the cheapest out there but I trust CNP as a brand so I don't mind paying the extra

Ease of Use - Well obviously it is easy to use, but I don't understand why CNP have got nearly the full amount of creatine (5g) I need per day

OK lets go through the product:

Taste - Tastes great in chocolate, a bit malty but I like that so no probs

Value - Not the cheapest out there but I trust CNP as a brand so I don't mind paying the extra

Ease of Use - Well obviously it is easy to use, but I don't understand why CNP have got nearly the full amount of creatine (5g) I need per day but half the beta alanine per serving. I know BA is horrible to take in larger amounts but its a waste of creatine having to take 10g a day to get my BA intake - small gripe but it seems all other all in ones are the same

Mixability - Perfect, really pleasant actually compared to some others

Effectiveness - Spot on, the creatine thing I mentioned earlier is a pain but apart from that it does the job as well as any other on the market

What Is CNP Pro Solo?

CNP Pro Solo is an ergogenic all in 1 formula for increased muscle size and strength. An Ergogenic aid is something that

Pro Solo from CNP Professional will aid all three aspects as it is a unique combination of ingredients to assist in muscle growth, increase strength and improve endurance.

Whey Protein
- to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and can promote gains in lean muscle tissue when combined with exercise and a suitable nutritional protocol.

Creatine
- for increased power, strength and muscle volume.

Citrulline Malate
- Some individuals suffer from impaired arginine metabolism, often due to GI conditions. As an arginine precursor, citrulline is the preferred way to provide arginine and increase NO production. However, several key studies in humans have determined that citrulline can play a pivotal role in maintaining nitrogen balance in stressed conditions, e.g. post workout.

Arginine aspartate along with pine bark extract
- this is added for NO synthesis. There are several studies which note the synergistic effect of these 2 ingredients on NO. The aspartate salt is the most commonly used in studies. The AKG version (Arginine AKG) is foul tasting and not established to be effective at moderate dosages.

Magnesium Orotate
- Indicated to improve exercise tolerance under stressed conditions in trained athletes, coronary patients and animal studies. As a source of magnesium (Mg), MO is indicated for the oral treatment of extracellular Mg deficiency. Orotic acid is shown to improve energy status of all the above and, vitally, improves the synthesis of glycogen and ATP. Because Orotic acid has been identified as a "Magnesium-fixing agent", it is also indicated for the treatment of magnesium depletion, as convincingly shown in animal experiments and also in coronary heart patients undergoing bypass surgery (weight-trained athletes have also been shown to suffer low Mg levels).

Beta-alanine
- restoring alanine levels and, of course, a precursor to carnosine: the body\s main buffering agent. Correcting acidic pH levels will improve performance, reduce soreness and support high IGF-1 levels.

Taurine
- A good vasodilator which will reduce fatigue through this mechanism. Also a key nutrient in cell volume regulation and cellular hydration. It is also worth noting that beta-alanine may reduce systemic taurine levels.

Pantethine
- Increases Coenzyme A pool, thus has the potential to increase aerobic capacity.
