Just a quick review - vanilla tastes really good, a little lumpy if you don't mix it long but works a treat I've put on a half stone of lean muscle in a month taking it twice a day!

I'm now onto my second tub of Boditronics Mass Attack Evo and decided to try the vanilla flavour - REALLY glad I did, this is delicious!
I've put on around 6lb over the course of the last few weeks using Mass Evo in strawberry flavour but decided it was time for a little change.
The vanilla REALLY tastes like vanilla ice cream - I have it with cold water but I think if you put this in the fridge for a little while it would taste even better! Really good job here Boditronics - thumbs VERY much up from me!

Really like this, I've given it nearly full marks and its a toss up between this and the instant mass from reflex as to what I stick with. Its probs going to go down to price as they are both low GI gainers with good protein content.
It is a little lumpy but I couldn't really care less - anything with oats in will be, if you want sugar go get some crappy 'super dooper gainer' type product!
In terms of flavour I have tried milk choc and toffee and would probably say choc gets the nod but both are good. A little sweeter than the instant mass but not sickly like some others (phd pharma gain I'm looking at you!!) - highly recommended.
Bought this at echo supplements, ordered at 5pm and got it the NEXT MORNING at 9.15am, no idea how they do it so fast lol I almost turned it away as I didn't expect one! Good job echo and boditronics!

Spot on product, recommended to me by dave at echo supplements (thanks dave!!) because it has 40g protein per serving, low gi carbs instead of maltodextrin and EFA and MCT fats.
Got it at 40 quid for 4kg which I think is a pretty good price for a product of this quality. Since I've been taking it (2 months now) I'm putting on quality muscular weight steadily without the fat I usually get - good product, new brand to me (boditronics) as I used to use phd or maxixmuscle but I've started using their express whey as well and its great, very recommended!

Wicked product - gives you good clean calories, carbs and protein and to be honest the only other product I've tried that comes close is reflex's instant mass, which is more expensive and the mass attack evo tastes better.
Only *slight* problem with it (not a huge one!!) is that it does get a bit lumpy at the bottom - I just neck it anyway but if they were to improve it this would be my recommendation!

Really good product - I've given it one star less for ease of use and mixability as it does clump a fair bit.
Taste is as good as I've had - tried choc and strawberry now - better than the CNP gainer I used last time.
Effectiveness is gonna be 5/5 it would be difficult for a gainer not to be as it just needs to provide the calories I suppose but one thing I noticed is I didn't need to shit straight afterwards like I have had to with cheaper gainers.
A++ product - no reason to change!

not often do i bother to write a review for a product but i've never put on so much muscle without fat before trying this - my diet is pretty decent but i just can't eat enough damn food to get the protein and carbs i need to get bigger. shakes are the only option for me to get in the calories and mass attack evo is the best out there i haven't put on ANY fat and put on half a stone in the past 6 weeks, awesome product and five stars from me!!!

Used the old boditronics one and this one isn't as sweet but still good. Put on 10lbs since I started using it and only a little fat.
Mixability could be better but lets face it with a gainer if you are putting on good weight its not really up there is it!

I've tried a few mass gainers in the past an had horrible bloating and sickness - someone told me this was about the sugars in them and this is the one to go for.. had 2 tubs of it now and really enjoying not having to go to the toilet after having a shake like I've had to in the past! Good product and milk choc is really nice - a bit lumpy but if thats all I have to complain about its all good!

I used the old mass attack and thought it was great - really nice tasting and did the job of adding calories where I needed them. Saw this new one and it looks like they have changed it all for the better - low GI carbs and an extra 10g protein per serving works for me!
The taste is different to the old one but I prefer it - not so sweet which got a little sickly if I'm honest in the old version. Only little gripe is that it doesn't mix as well, I think this is because of the oats but I've just started splitting a serving into 2 and this does the trick and it mixes perfectly - to be fair the serving size takes up half a shaker so this is understandable.
Overall a great improvement to one of my favourite products and so long as you don't whine about the little lumps if you try and do it all in 1 serving then I'm sure it will do the job as good as the old one.

Got this from echo supplements - good advice from dave so thanks for that first.
As he explained low GI carbs are better throughout the day and 40g protein is spot on per serving for my size. Went for the chocolate tub and have to say it tastes so good I'm going to have to order some more pretty soon, really easy to get down and not sickly sweet like the last gainer I tried.
Taking this alongside the boditronics creatine and BCAAs and really feeling good so far even though I'm training really hard - strength is going up too, really like this brand!

Boditronics Mass Attack Evo - Recommended Use (Based on a 75kg Male)
