I think I got this on the week it came out - since then I have been taking it twice a day as directed - this is a bit of a pain as I also take omega 3 caps with meals so its a few big ass pills with meals. Apart from that I've noticed that I feel a little more energetic since starting to take the Immunex Sport.

The only thing I am unsure of is whether the benefits of this product outweigh the pretty high cost (around a pound a day) - at the minute I am keeping at it because I've been lethargic and keep getting little cold bugs but I'm not sure whether I will keep it up once summer comes around again!

I guess if you don't mind paying the money then this is worth a go, especially if you suffer from getting ill all of the time or are generally tired.
