Saw this in a magazine ad (muscle and fitness maybe?) and it looks good I was previously using usn anabolic muscle fuel which was good but other things can always be better.
Been using this in chocolate for 3 weeks now and I feel I can give a bit of a review - first the basics the taste is nice, not too sweet which is something I like about MET-Rx over other brands. The mixability is also pretty good - slight tiny gritty bits but I think that is the creatine or BCAAs - can't remember but I've heard it before.
My strength is up thanks I guess to the creatine in the met rx revolution and I am feeling generally better with my muscles, I think this may be the BCAAs maybe? I need a bit more time before I can be 100% sure to stick with this I will give another tub a try - worth a look and at least as good as the usn anabolic muscle fuel.

For adults,mix one (1) scoop (77 g) to 350 ml 400 ml of water or other liquid and consume before your workout and one (1) scoop (77 g) after your workout. Consume within 5-10 minutes of mixing. Donot exceed stated dose. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - Minimum of six to eights glasses of water daily.
