Just started supplementing with omega fatty acids and this omega 3 one from boditronics seems to be working in at least one way - my skin feels loads better I usually have bad greasy skin but this has really really cleared up, thats worth it for me on its own.

Given omega 3 from boditronics full marks as its just a great, simple and pretty cheap product - I don't need a full omega product as I get shitloads of omega 6 from my olive oils and diet but I don't really like the taste of fish so this is perfect.
Not really much to say apart from good job on creating a product that isn't just another 'me too' omega supplement!
What Is Boditronics Bodipure Omega 3?
Boditronics Bodipure Omega 3 contains the fatty acids EPA and DHA which have been shown to be essential for a range of body functions related to the brain, eyes, cardiovascular system, inflammatory response and the skin.
If you eat less than one portion of oily fish such as herring or mackerel a week, you may benefit from this supplement. These capsules contains 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA per capsule.
