I take VPX SyntheSize after my workouts to go with NO-SHOTGUN (check out my review on that too) and its perfect - recovery is good I'm putting on lots of good weight and to be fair I can't see what more they could do - HUGE amounts of amino acids, creatine, citrulline, beta alanine and loads more.. top stuf A++
