I have had many different brands in the past but this is a low cost product and does the same job and in my case better. I take 3 a day and it gives me the energy boost to do my weight training. Loosing body fat without doing much cardio-exercise is also a bonus. overall recommended product 5*

Thermo crush is a great fat burner with no side effects which most fat burners DO have, no matter what the brands may say! Even met rx Thermo surge gives me a headache so if you're looking for a reliable and safe supplement this is it!

I've never been one for fat "burners" before but got this thermo crush free with my supreme whey order (thanks echo supps!) so thought I would give it a go!

In terms of how much of an impact it has had its difficult to say - I am losing weight but then I was already doing that before starting to take it - maybe a marginal improvement though.

Thermo Crush doesn't appear to have any side effects though so I guess if it does make a difference for you its a great choice as I've heard a lot about fat burner side effects from others.
